Question by The FlygirL: Is it safe to take glutathione and xenical at the same time?
I have heard lots of stories about these two products but have only used xenical so far. I have heard also about glutathione and its whitening effects and am interested to try it too. Any suggestions on brands and is it safe to take them both at the same time?

Im planning to get on the Xenical program to lose weight for my wedding on May and I want to know as much information that I can about this pill. Like what are the advantage and disadvantages,what food, activities, things to avoid while on this pill.how many time a day do we have to take it in a day. I also read tha it’s important to take a good multivitamins and water. I hope I can get some helpful answers from Yahoo Answers
Would taking one pill a day have any effect in losing weight as well or do i need to take once for every meal? Before or after a meal?

Oh God, I don’t remember how many times a day I took it………I think 4. Take it AS PRESCRIBED. Things to know: this is really disgusting, but DO NOT EVER think you “just have to fart”. You will end up with a huge grease stain on your couch or whatever. Multivitamins and water are a great idea, but just be really careful, if you feel like you “have gas” get to the bathroom because it’s like when you cook spaghetti sauce and then soak the pot, how the grease rises to the top……… that is what the toilet is going to look like even if it’s just “gas”. Trust me, I’ve been there.
Good luck to you, I DID lose weight on Xenical but not like I did on phen-fen, and I ended up having gastric bypass. I’m not sure how much you have to lose or whether the doc will even give it to you.
